Lightning Panels Warranty 

One-Year Replacement Warranty

Coverage Period: This product warranty covers the Lightning Panels for a duration of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Coverage Scope:

• Product Defects: We guarantee that the Lightning Panels are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended under normal use. If any defects are discovered within one year from the date of purchase, we will replace the defective panels at no cost to the customer. 

• Rips and Tears: This warranty also covers any unexpected rips or tears that occur under normal and appropriate use of the Lightning Panels. In such cases, we will provide a suitable replacement without any additional charge during the one-year warranty period.

Exclusions:

• Misuse or Abuse: This warranty will be void if the Lightning Panels are found to have been misused, mishandled, or subjected to abuse beyond their intended purpose.

• Accidental Damage: Damages resulting from accidents, acts of nature, fire, water, or any other external causes not directly related to manufacturing defects are not covered by this warranty.

• Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations or modifications made to the Lightning Panels without explicit authorization from the manufacturer will render this warranty null and void.

• Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that occurs with regular use of the Lightning Panels over time.

Claims Procedure:

• Notification: In the event of any issues or defects covered by this warranty, customers must notify us within the one-year warranty period by contacting our customer support team.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or invoice, must be provided when making a warranty claim.

• Return or Inspection: Depending on the nature of the claim, we may request the customer to return the Lightning Panels to our designated service center for inspection. Alternatively, we may arrange for an authorized technician to visit the customer's location for assessment.

• Resolution: Upon verifying that the claim falls within the coverage of this warranty, we will promptly replace the defective or damaged Lightning Panels.

Legal Rights:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary depending on the jurisdiction. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
